Shipping Policy
If you place an order for a subscription, we will dispatch your box on or around the 26th of each calendar month. Please note that you will need to subscribe between the 1st and the 15th of each calendar month to receive the next month's box. If you place an order after the 15th of any month, you will receive the subscription box for the following calendar month e.g. if you subscribe on the 17th June, you would receive August's subscription box which would be shipped on or around the 26th July.
If you order a one off gift box or any other products from our website then it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you find that a product is faulty or has been damaged in transit please get it touch and if possible, we will replace it. If you were given the wrong size, we will absolutely send you a new one. If you receive the size you requested but it doesn’t fit, we will send you a new one if we have leftover stock! It’s a case-by-case basis, so please DM or email us if this happens!
We can't exchange underwear so please make sure that you keep your sizes up to date on your ESR account page.
